Basically unusable, only loads about half the time, and when it does the route times are often very inconsistent. Will jump from "arriving in 5 minutes" to "arriving in 1 minute" and then you've missed it. Bus routes are incredibly inconsistent, and as a result this app is only useful about 15 minutes before the bus is supposed to come.

When it works it's ok, but it most of the time doesn't work. Randomly it just shows your location but the routes and the buses are missing. Nothing else loads. It would be cool if you could save stops and then have an estimated time that keeps updating every second or so that it is more accurate. But it doesn't you just have watch the map and guestimate when it will get there

Why doesn't the app work sometimes? When the app works on my phone it's great. I'm watching the route tracker screen every ride so I'm not waiting early at my Nibley home stop which the bus can be 10 min late at times. I also use the route page to plan which 2nd green/blue loop or other city routes can give the best connection for the destination I'm going to. I set favorites for main stops so the app can tell me eta arrival times for the bus. Helps plan rides as efficient as possible.
