The CAT Transit mobile app allows riders to navigate the Harrisburg, PA metro area with ease by providing real-time arrival information for the Capital Area Transit public transit system. Ratings and reviews

The app does not adequately reflect schedule delays and bus service interruptions. Rarely, the app will say when a bus will arrive, but there are no notifications or alerts for delays, changed bus routes, or cancellations. The app also has buses and times listed that are not even running anymore due to scheduling changes, which makes it very confusing to know if there even is a bus at all. And lastly, the user interface is complete and utter trash, its practically impossible to find anything.

You see, I used to like the app a lot. It was very handy and the information displayed was easy to understand. Now with the new design, I'm no longer able to tap on a bus stop and see the times for that specific stop. Also, the icons now update far less often than it used to. Please bring back the old design. The old design was FAR more desirable than the new one. Either that, or fix the new design.

Terrible app it doesn't open most of the time and when it does it is very difficult to select items quickly such as track my bus. Also, alot of options are lacking developer programming techniques such as sending you to a link instead just having the information in the app itself. The app is just crappo CAT SHOULD BRING BACK THE OLD APP!!! If I could I would leave it zero stars
