After my appointment, I received a "confirm it is you" pop up when I try to login but there is not a button to click to confirm. I went through my display on my S26 phone under accessibility, then vision enhancements, then screen zoom. I had to lower the sliding bar at the bottom from the max to the middle. I resigned in to the SynergenX app and I could see the blue buttons & confirmed. It would be nice to use larger display settings.

I never rate apps, it deserves 0 stars.As others mentioned, this app is 90% non functional. I have had to make multiple calls to not miss appointments because the app will not load. After reinstalling multiple times it continues to time out. It is barely functional. Using this as a primary platform for Healthcare should be embarrassing, at best, to this company. I hope the developers were not paid for final product as it is a shoddy representation of anything expected to function in normal use.

I don't review a lot of apps, but this one is terrible. Absolutely useless for any purpose. Anybody associated with developing or approving this app should be replaced, any money the company spent on this was wasted.
