Does not save results daily. The app looks good. No point scale, but the big problem is the inability to track your imput over days. The app does not auto save your data, you have to save the data each day, and then create a report for each of the days you have saved. Selecting multiple days only combines the saved "reports" into a single day. Each day I have input my data, and then wanted to view results from multiple days, results in the same issue. All data is compressed into the last "day" I saved. Unfortunate, no health care provider could utilize this, nor can you see how you are doing over, even say a weeks time. So, it's pretty much useless.
Very Helpful App I used this to track my moods as well as numerous other aspects that I thought may play into my moods such as my diet and excercise. You can create and customize various categories (e.g. Emotions, Diet) to your personal preferences and then have customized scales within those categories (e.g. Happy - Sad, etc). Heck, you could probably get creative and use it to track just about anything. It's incredibly customizable and offers a lot for a free app without annoying ads or anything.
App is great, but....... This app has been great! Not only for tracking my moods but for helping see my patterns so I can make the proper changes in my daily routines. Buuuut it keeps crashing on me. When I get the daily notification I click to open it and it crashes. This seems to be ever time. Please fix?
What menu button? My phone does not have a menu button, so I don't have the option to add categories, or add notes. Disappointing
Accurate and useful :) This app is quick and easy to use, but still accurately records your results. (It uses more specific terms than just "happy" or "sad") Of course, it's no substitute for any professional medical health care such as psychiatry, but the results it provides are the closest to a clinical observation than any other app I've seen. Plus it's not strictly for tracking common mental disorders like bipolar or depression, but can simply be used by anyone interested in tracking why/when their mood changes.
Great App! This great app allows you to create your own categories, for example I added a custom category for binging and pain levels. After you start to fill out the daily categories you can chart them on a scale from low (good) to high (bad). After a few weeks I could see my anxiety increased every time my depression was worse. I added a custom category for time slept and had a very hard time with insomnia for a week, you could see my depression and anxiety start to get worse and worse each day my insomnia was bad. Great job T2!
