Great app for coping I have taken this idea and turned my whole phone into a version of this app. Get your brain focused on something other than your problem for a while you really do feel better. Fill your life up with things that make you smile!
Audio Maybe I was doing something wrong. But with the audio relaxation, all I heard was the woman's voice guiding me through. Mind you it's a very pleasant voice, but I was expecting some nature sounds with the forest or the country road or on the beach and I heard nothing like that.
ALways reminds me of HOPE There are times of the day or weeks, that I have lots of Family & Friends that Love me, so it reminds me to not let my yesterday's carry into my Today's New Beginning ♡ Training your mind to think different is not easily done, BUT it's possible to start over anytime through the day. We were given feelings to help us learn that we can become stronger, but NOT LET OUR FEELINGS CONTROL OUR LIFE!! ;.....
The activity section needs the ability to add custom activities! I can't do several of the ones listed but would like to add dog park, and archery. Maybe others if and when I think of them
