This App has been very helpful especially when I'm feeling a little overwhelmed with life stressers and I turn to my vhb and turn on a meditation or play a game it is a great distraction from the everyday stressors
The activity section needs the ability to add custom activities! I can't do several of the ones listed but would like to add dog park, and archery. Maybe others if and when I think of them
Great app for coping I have taken this idea and turned my whole phone into a version of this app. Get your brain focused on something other than your problem for a while you really do feel better. Fill your life up with things that make you smile!
