Such a terrible takeaway - they literally NEVER read the delivery instructions. I already had 1x driver ringing me from the wrong place tonight, and when I realised he'd brought me 2x wrong dishes I had to ring the takeaway, have a long conversation with someone, full of long empty pauses, to tell them what they'd done - and then the driver bringing the replacement meals (obviously quite a bit later so we couldn't eat together) rang me from the wrong house again. What is the point of writing comments as requested, or even ordering any food, if they're just going to completely ignore it and do what they want. This must be the fifth or sixth time they've messed up our dinner like this and we are done, never using them again.
