sometimes some food is missing I ring who ever I ordered from and straight on it, I've never had any problems with all the worker's. I've have a an issue with the delivery Price's going up and also put a price for a bag which is a paper bag, when 5p per bag came out was for none meat now you have to pay for a bag that people won't be able to reuse.

Takes ages of deliver and it is very difficult to reach the driver, they don't reach the restaurants on time and take their own time to deliver, restaurant said that my food was ready and they were waiting for the driver to pick it up but even they were not able to reach them, I was already waiting for 2 hours and no update. it's unprofessional and bad service...

Cheaper! The app is basic but very easy to use and some of the same takeaways are cheaper on here than they are on just eat etc. They don't take such a big commission which allows the takeaways to lower their prices for their customers.
