not particularly happy, ordered an item combo and only part of it arrived used the app to alert the restaurant to this however the app just immediately refunded the whole combo item. contacted support who said they wouldn't be able to fulfil the order as I'd received a refund. I never intended to receive a refund just wanted the rest of what I had ordered! the refund is applied as app credit and can only be transferred back to the payment card in 3-5 working days.

awful customer service. waited a hour no food. called takeaway was advised food hub cancelled the order. called food hub who advised they automatically cancel if the takeaway does not accept within 10 minutes. money not refunded was advised by a very condersending advisor it will take a few hours to go back into foodhub wallet. This should have gone into the account which it was paid from. four hours later still no refund. do not use this company

We're sorry to hear about your experience. If a restaurant doesn't accept an order within a certain time, it is automatically cancelled to avoid further delays. Refunds for cancelled orders are usually processed to your Foodhub wallet for quicker access, but sometimes, depending on the payment method, they will be returned to the registered card.

Update please. App crashed n it didn't give me order confirmation was half way through chasing the money back when I got the email it went through. Stressful mess about hopefully the food arrives 🤷‍♂️ update the app my days it's broken beyond belief.... open the app and it's trying to order food for me without pressing anything...
