The app tells you food is being cooked and is out for delivery when that isn't the case, it clearly just goes based on the estimated delivery time rather than getting updates from the resteraunt. Waited 30 minutes for an order to arrive with the app telling me it was en route, then called the resteraunt and they hadn't even recieved the order.

Mouldy food delivered but Foodhub only offer partial refunds (less than half), spent hours talking to staff who are simply rude time wasters who offer no real help. We ended up with food poisoning from just a bite of the food and we paid for the courtesy! Had previously left five star reviews as I've used them for years with no issues, but this is inexcusable, you've lost a very good customer.

Scamming company. I was looking through my local takeaways and one of them is known to be expensive but when ordering through food hub it made me select 2 free items before I could complete my order so the price then didn't seem bad at all. I ordered a pizza and my children were looking forward to the free items. When my order arrived the free items didn't come so it cost me £25 for 1 pizza and chips! I won't be using food hub ever again
