I signed up 2 weeks ago and have been charged $30+ for the monthly subscription. I can login on the app (cellphone) but NOT on the computer. It says the password/email is incorrect which is not since I can use the app. Ive reset the passport, twice. others have helped and sameee problem occurs. For 2 weeks I have emailed, done the inquiry on the app, called several numbers and I have not received a single message back or help.

My user and password was "incorrect" when I tried to log in after I paid the subscription. After multiple attempts I tried to reset my password and the code to reset never got delivered to my email. I emailed support and my email came back undeliverable on multiple attempts. Hoping to get my money back.
