Very simple interface, you can build you own survey in minutes, very easy to use and even if I didn't need help, the customer service is outstanding, they call me in minutes after I setup my account to make sure that I have everything on the right track. Thank you very much. I definitely recommend it!

Seriously good app that builds surveys in minutes with a very intuitive drag & drop approach. Responses are collected by user that have great analytics. Looks fantastic on mobile devices, and so easy to use. The pricing is a little tricky to understand, but they have a good and responsive chat system. Thanks Stephen Amoah for the great help and advice. Looking forward to my next survey!

Great App For Medical Practice We recently transitioned to QuickTap Survey from paper surveys based on my experience of using this app at another place I worked. It has been more than a year since I used this at my prior employer, and QuickTap Survey has upped their game quite a bit since then. The customer service is outstanding! Sabina has been great about answering any questions I have. Best of all, our patients are actually completing our quick and easy survey and we are now getting great feedback! Thank you!

Thanks very much Marios!! Everything we wanted We needed a way to collect information from guests at our visitor center, a digital guest register. Quick Tap proved easy to set up and simple enough to use for all types of visitors and our volunteer staff. Thank you Fikri! Lots of great features First, let me say the customer service behind this app is superb! The team will really go the extra mile to ensure your surveys function plus answer all your questions. The app works flawlessly on and offline. My only complaint is one particular feature--picking a random winner is not mobile. It's hard to have seamless execution at an event when all the tools don't function remotely. However, the rep I worked with informed this is a feature they are working on. Great for collecting leads at events.

I love being able to collect data offline but I'm looking forward to being able to also send out a link to collect mass data, which is a big shortcoming for me at the moment. Currently using a combo of survey monkey and quick tap which means I need to pay twice....

Glad to hear your event was a success. We love hearing about how QuickTapSurvey was able to make your workflow a little bit easier! Not Free, TRIAL. $19 a month minimum! I'm tired of free apps that aren't free, the are trials that expire. Free means free. It may be limited, may not have all the features, but you get to use something FREE. Want me to try it? Give me a FREE version and offer upgrades. Checked the pricing, and even the $19 a month, most basic version is excessive. Too many other options out there.

Even when I put in the wrong chose for one of the questions you called me while I was on job and helped me fix it while I was in the field. I will definitely use this app again. It is very easy to get reports or raw data to your clients.

Thanks Teresa, Stephen is always willing to go above and beyond! We love your review of our app! My communication with QuickTapSurvey (QTS) started something about three weeks ago, when my technical staff brought three quotes with initial evaluation asking to procure mobile survey & data collection platform that lets users create their own surveys and gather responses using Android mobile devices without an Internet connection. And QTS was one of them. When my company decided to move forward with QuickTapSurvey, we encountered some roadblocks to get our account set up due to strict policies and procedures on our end. To my delight, Sabina was able to make an exception for us and help us get set up very quickly! Thanks to Sabina’s attitude and hard work, as well as her great communication between the client (myself), QTS accounting unit and probably some managers, our National Wide survey started on time and I hope will benefit Ukraine and its people. I appreciate working with Quick Tap Survey and Sabina Lam personally and would recommend this company to everyone.
