Worst fastfood app ever. Menu items disappear off the app, e.g. Cantina chicken bowl and dipping burritos, but are available to order at the restaurant. The app sent me a coupon for the dipping burritos that could only be redeemed online. When I went to redeem it, the item was gone from the menu and still is. Sometimes, it shows that the transmission of the order to the store failed. However, it did not. The store received my order and I was charged for it. A lot of other issues that I can't lis

It doesn't really tell you where you ordering from while placing the order, and it doesn't auto-update to nearest location. I tried to cancel immediately after and it didn't let me. Tried calling, they couldn't cancel. This thing is a mess and ruins the entire experience. Also, there literally isn't any part of the app meant to troubleshoot anything. No help section. Guess I don't matter as a customer.

Lots of bugs, including sometimes repeatedly switching back to the location it thinks you should be ordering from instead of the one you selected. I can't tell you how many times I've selected a location, placed the order, and then gone to pick it up only to find that it changed to a different location without telling me. If you try to remove an item from your cart, even a packet of hot sauce, it will give a message saying your cart is empty. Just not good.
