I am only going to give you a one, because you stopped supporting the app almost a year ago. You stopped having deals about that time, you stopped letting me put extra money on my Gift card, and it's been really buggy since then. I would have said it was a 5 star app before, but now I only use it when I don't have my wallet. I'm willing to up the score when you start supporting it again.

DOESNT WORK ON NEXUS 6P. Been almost 2 years. It always fails at the payment screen. Its nice to have all the time in the word to go through a menu and customize your order and view your price until happy. Then just showup to the drive thru and pickup your food

I have better things to do than spend this much time fighting to log in to a fast food app. It's Taco Bell, not fkng Guantanamo. Why make it so ridiculous to log in? Forget it! I'll go somewhere else!

Quite possibly the worst designed app I've seen. For instance, when trying to find out when a local store opens, it simply says that it's closed and unavailable. Well, what good is that? I'm supposed to just sit around and wait to see when they open to then get their hours? And this app also has no deals, at all. Waste of time.

Stopped using this after it stopped showing everything on the menu it supposedly loaded for chosen locations. Tried it again after too many issues using the sit on mobile and it's even worse. Errors adding items, lag. Don't bother installing. The deals tab has been empty for about a year. Sad cuz the customizing functionality was nice.

I've had the app for 3 weeks now and I have yet to see any coupons and deals. I have Wendys McDonald's Burger King and every week there are new deals. I am removing app from my phone. A waste of my data and storage.

Not one coupon or offer in almost 8 months of having the app. Ordering through the app takes longer than just explaining it verbally, saves negligible time once i'm in the line. Waste of space so far

Got a new phone and thought that would fix it not knowing that I've arrived. I still have to check in manually, and if I go inside I still have to wait in line to make sure it went through. Maybe if your mobile guy had spent less time getting drunk and beating Uber drivers it would be better. Maybe his replacement can fix it! One bonus is that I've been getting free lunches because the people at the stores can't figure out if your order went through or not. They hate the mobile ordering. Update 7/10/17 - still sucks but I still use it to get free food.

The app it's self is a great idea, but I just ordered my food and got here and have now been standing for 5 mins so far on my food... disappointed in the delivery side of it.

After reading all the reviews I decided to uninstall the app. It makes me wonder more people are disappointed with this app then people are happy with it. How do you still have a 3.8 rating? Yeah because the developers haven't contacted anyone about their issue, and because your reviews are terribly negative, I won't be a user. uninstalling

Ordered with this app more than 15 times without a hitch. I guess that's all we can expect from crappy IT depts. Based on the reviews, I was lucky to experience that. App now just errors out when adding items. Judging by others' comments, the Bell might want to review their PCI compliance.

Ever since I added a $25 gift card to the app last week, I've been unable to add items to my order. Solid work, Taco Bell.

I would say 75% of the time I try to use this app, it doesn't work. It was great when it first came out, but now it seems as though they don't have any actual IT people maintaining this app.

Downloaded because I wanted to pick up order quick. I was going to eat lunch with my brother and he didn't want to deal with app. He said, "I'll order when I get there and I'll get my food sooner." Much to my dismay the taco bell didn't know where my order was and my brother indeed got his order before me....after the lady at the front looked around for a while and couldn't find it, I tried to show her my emailed receipt to prove I bought it. She went ahead and started putting order in about the time someone from the back brought an order out. It was "to go" and mine was supposed to be "for here". It was the right order but a lot of hassle. .. I wasn't given anything for my extra wait or trouble.. Save your time and just order when you arrive. Skip the app.

The app used to be great a year ago, but now it crashes every time I use it on any of my android devices. Also, there hasnt been a new "offer" in over 8 months.

Sucks, tried to pick a location and it will not let me. Would have loved to use it because my family loves Taco Bell and this would have made it so much easier for us to eat there more often. To bad, so sad.

This app is in need of a serious update. It used to work just fine but recently I haven't been able to place an order through the app. I'll go through checkout and it'll think about processing the order before giving up and placing me back at the homescreen of the app. Whatever I had in my cart gets cleared. It's unfortunate because placing an order through the app used to be a wonderful convenience since I have a lot of anxiety.

I would have really liked to order online, but the app doesn't offer the same deals! For example, the $5 cravings deal is nowhere to be found! The app doesn't offer any coupons or special deals. Not having the entire menu makes this app useless!

The app is great, until you go to pay. Visa checkout is a nightmare. You can't paste your password into the screen, you cant flip between screens if you are using a secure password app. This is an Android app why can't I pay with Google payment/wallet? Won't be using again.

Info overload of menu choices. No special deals of the day/week/month as BK & McD has. No $$ saved, same info on TV.

This app used to be great, now it just charges your credit card and fails to submit. It is broken and stealing money, do not use it.

It worked great for a while. But for the past week, every time I try to add item to order, it just comes back with "Unable to add item to order. " Really need to get that fixed. Otherwise, love the app.

Never get deals since update. When I did get deals they vanish if you are too close to a Taco Bell when ordering. Wish I could find the apk for the older version.

This app used to be good with good coupons but they haven't offered coupons in ages. The game that gave me free food also has not updated in forever and still says coming soon. Taco Bell needs to get it together this app used to be great.

No coupons anymore after they jack prices up I haven't seen an actual $5 dollar box from taco bell in years it's always $6 false advertisement and I know it depends where u live and my city is far from L.A or N. Y

I entered my gift card into the app but every time I try to use it, it doesn't let me. I tried contacting taco bell but they have not responded, they are useless, do not enter a gift card into the app, u will lose it.

Used the app, sat in the lobby for 20 minutes. They claimed they never received the order. Employee told me they don't recommend the app as it never works. Then told me I needed to call my CC company up and dispute the charges. I might get my money back in 30 days he claimed.

I've used this for years and it is the least reliable app on my phone, by a long shot. 50%-60% of the time payment will fail for absolutely no reason. I will try every single one of my cards, all with ample value, and it will insist my payment method is the issue. I've had an order go through twice and had a Taco Bell Branch tell me they can't cancel it, so I had to pay for both orders? What kind of non-sense? Horrible user experience. Nothing more frustrating than getting down everyone's order and having the app fail on you minutes before you arrive. edit: been over a month, still doesn't work, doesn't seem like they care about fixing bugs.

This app used to be great. It used to have a featured coupon every month. Has not had a coupon since 2016. The app is completely useless now. I will save the space and uninstall.

At first wouldn't let me choose my store. Then it wouldn't take my card! So I checked the card. It was fine. Then i restarted the app. Then my phone. Then reinstalled the app! Nothing worked. So disappointing.

When I got to the speaker, they said my order wasn't in there system. Even though I told them it charged my card already, I still had to reorder and pay AGAIN!!! The cashier said that if he doesn't cash it out the charge wouldn't go thru but it did. Now I have to get a bank statement to prove that I was double charged for 1 order! DO NOT use this app! You will get ripped off!!!!

No deals whatsoever.. You order ahead, wait until you get there.. Click "I'm here" to get your order ready and fresh.. But still store employees expect you walk in and let them know u order from the mobile app to start working on your order.. This without the app or in store signs that tell u you gotta reconfirm for the third time.. I learned that the hard way.. By waiting like a dummy for 20min while walk in go their food first than me.. (comparable to Starbucks app where I order and just wait to be served ahead of walk-ins without annoying reconfirmations.. And they sell hot beverages) Taco Bell.. Isn't my payment confirmation enough?

Very glitchy ... no new offers in a long time. Menu is often out of sync with local store. Issues with payment options and orders being dumped after an error at checkout.

Constant issues with ordering I can't even use it anymore. no coupons in over a year. This app used to be worth a download.
