App works well with the equipment. My issue is that the software is deliberately crippled and annoying unless you pay an ongoing subscription. The app sends a push notification when the heater detects an open window asking if it should stop heating. (paying allows it to say yes automatically). This isn't acceptable on a product you have already paid for.

The devices do the job but the slow loading times of the app, frequent crashes and the random logouts are quite annoying. Whenever I need to open the tado app, I know I will have to spend more than 3-4 minutes to just make one little change. Unfortunately this unstableness of the app has been like this ever since I've bought the devices - multiple years.

I faced a very annoying bug with the app. When I tried to join another 'home', mine disappeared. Even if I get removed from the other home, I can't get my devices back. Trying to create another account is no help either because devices are registered once already. And the wait on customer service is up to one week. Quite a terrible experience.
