IBD Note is a self-management support app for ulcerative colitis/Crohn's disease patients.

◆Record your physical condition
You can record your daily physical condition by tapping the button on the screen.
Items that can be recorded: defecation frequency, abdominal pain, bloody stool, buttocks discomfort, weight, body temperature, menstruation, memo (50 characters)
◆Look back at your records in a graph
The recorded information can be seen at a glance and can be presented to medical personnel on the day of the consultation, supporting smooth communication.
◆Manage with calendar
You can also record schedules such as medication and doctor visits, and set reminder notifications.
◆Injection record
It is possible to record not only the administration of the injection, but also the site where the injection was administered, allowing you to check the site where the previous injection was administered.
◆Meal record
You can record your daily meals. By keeping a record and looking back on it, you can check the contents of your meals that may have affected your physical condition.
