I tell everyone about this app. Remember that it only works if you do it. I can't wait till Its time to do it again. I started off slow and did a minimum of twice daily. The only thing you have to lose is stress!!!!
Great app but. . . Progress recording is not accurate. Won't record on a Sunday and doesn't always record the time correctly. Other than that, this is an excellent app for helping me to be consistent in my breathing. Hope these issues will be resolved soon.
Record of Sunday Basically is good. The only bad thing is, not able to record on Sunday. Does it mean we don't need to be calm on Sunday?? But I'm stressed everyday. Hope it'll be added.
Breathing rate Could you please slow down the breathing rate? I have it set at 4.5 but the graph (lungs) move faster than what I calculate and want for that setting. The concept behind the breathing technique is amazing, I actually learned about it somewhere else, but it's too fast in this app. It should be slooooow breathing to re-teach the body to relax and deal with events like anxiety and panic attacks.
It's free so... crashes every time Crashes everytime timer gets to 0. Crashes when submitting my email for registration. It does do what it seems it primarily should do; show breathing animation at requested rate. I don't know what else it does because it crashes EVERY time it gets to zero.
Not optimized for tablets. On my tablet the graphic is absolutely tiny. There is so much white space that it hurts to use this app at night time. This is an app that is better for phones.
