just throw the whole app away. never ontime & food is cold. they show up to the place at your delivery time to pickup the food. extremely high delivery fees & even with prepaid tip they still not on time. open times are always wrong & if you exit the app it adds an hour to the supposed opening time. no way to cancel order in app if you wanted to change your mind. I need a partial refund at this point. just need to stick to grubhub, doordash or uber eats because this company just won't work.

first time was great. Then delivery times were unavailable. When I finally was able to order, they ended up canceling my order for some operation issue. Horrible customer service. Not worth the time. will not use again

Constantly changing when you can have delivery, randomly block zip codes, there's no pattern to the madness of this awful company. You can have food delivered when they want and how they want it and no other way. Done dealing with this garbage
