8-24: No way to contact support, no way to contact the driver, and no way to start a dispute if the order is incorrect. To beat all else, the actual website's contact section isn't working at the time of this review. Update: It's now 9-13 and the website still doesn't work. The developer isn't responding to emails, either. I'm flagging the app as a scam.

Don't order from them. If you have ANY issues with your order there's literally nothing you can do about it. My order was more than an hour late. There's no way to cancel and no way to contact your driver. They ignored my FB messages. Corporate doesn't respond to emails and their phone is out of service. Unbelievable. Seems like they're just out to take your money while providing the worst customer service.
They give no way to contact the driver if our order is wrong. and they rarely ever check to see if the delivered food is correct. we receive the wrong order more than the correct one.
