I stopped using talabat for a while and decided to use it again. I wish they'd just turn up on time once. You order something and you always have to wait a minimum extra of 20mins to half an hour, meaning food always arrives cold. Multiple times the tracker shows riders stopping at locations on the way, or slightly diverting to go to other locations en route. I assume for other delivery. Thought I'd give the benefit of the doubt, same as always. Save yourself pain and use some other app.

5 missing or wrong item orders within less than a month. Got refunded 2 times out of 5, and support was utterly useless because it doesn't exist. I couldn't reach a human operator to talk to or resolve my issues, only the app's automated help line that gives out arbitrary refunds on the selected wrong items and that's about it. Deleted the app and highly doubt I'll reuse it anytime soon.

Terrible customer service. Order missing multiple items, and support does practically nothing. No refund, replacement or any resolution. Don't buy from Talabat mart, worst shop experience. Also, on a related note, when an item is missing after an order is placed, Talabat mart does not have an option to remove those unavailable items, they force you to agree on a replacement, unlike other shops.
