Ratings and reviews

This application is worsening in every aspect, particularly customer support. It's not user-friendly, and finding contact information or live chat support is challenging. Your new policies for canceling an order or changing an incorrectly entered address do not benefit us as customers. Rival apps are much better in this area. Great way to lose more customers.

This app is extremely disappointing. Orders are frequently canceled, making it unreliable. The 'pro' features offer little to no value, and the reward points system feels meaningless. Customer service is unhelpful and often makes empty promises. On top of that, the app lags almost every time I use it. I've switched to Deliveroo and am much happier with their reliable service

Stop giving annoying notifications. Greedy. Talabat pro is unfinished. Can't even access settings while auto renew is on by default. Such snakes. Update: i contacted them to cancel my subscription during the free trial. They said they canceled it but it is there free till the end of the month. A few days later, they actually CHARGED my card even though they said that they canceled it during my free trial. Meaning, they steal.
