Genuinely one of the worst delivery apps out there. The Pro subscription is horrible and offers little to no value. Total regret. The subscription clearly states free delivery, but the delivery is not free, and the 3BD requirement for that totally "free delivery" is the worst part of the Pro subscription. The app design needs some improvements and sorting, like a dark theme. overall the app itself and the design looks very cheap.

I was abroad and made an order for my family in the UAE they blocked my account they said they thought it was fraud, I contacted them 4 times on chat in three days, everyone says that they raised a request and they will reach out in 60 minutes no one ever reached out, and they all leave a note on the system saying that they reached out but no one actually did, and no matter how many times I try to solve the issue or request a call from a manager, no one seems to care.

I am a Pro member and received wrong orders twice. Despite being promised a refund by more than 8 Talabat customer service agents, I never received it and was given an unwanted coupon instead. When I questioned why my case was closed without resolution, I was given a vague “system-detected activity” excuse. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. I am uninstalling this application because of these issues.
