Works great Great port of a great game. No lag with battle size under 50, crashes are rare and tend to happen 2ish minutes after a battle when they do. Saving after a battle is always a good idea, because loading that save after a crash doesn't make it happen again. Drains battery fairly quickly, but that's to be expected. It still lasts at least a couple of hours from full.
great game I'm playing on a Nvidia shield and having a blast. Game runs perfect. Have never had any crashes. Its fun to pick up and slaughter a few bandits and help smaller villages. Its the feel of a knight, viking, great khan, samurai, ninja, thief, or just a person who f's poo up in the palm of your hand. 10/10 would play again.
Fix crashes and it'll be perfect Some individuals have said the crashing has stopped for them after the newest update, but it hasn't stopped for me. Single player and custom battles work perfectly on my Nvidia Shield. But multiplayer almost always crashes. Fix that and its literally a perfect port. I might even enjoy playing it more on this controller.
Stability still an issue The majority of the reportable crashes have been fixed, but there are still enough non-reportable crashes (flickering screen, controls locking up), that I essentially have to save before and after every battle to prevent losing data.
Better after the latest fix The latest fix appears to have resolved the crashing issues - I can actually equip companions now. This is definitely the deepest and most engrossing Android-based nVidia Shield game I've played so far, and now I can fully enjoy it.
WOW. Hundreds, nay thousands, of hours of gameplay for the cost of a frozen pizza I can't stop playing this game. It is older style graphics probably PS2 grade but smoother. Looks better on my Shield than my PC. More crisp and vibrant on Shield. Raise a small warband and...kill bandits or be one, attack caravans or protect them, herd cattle or steal cattle, win tournaments, court ladies in waiting, be a simple trader, bust a guy from prison, be a king..the game is staggeringly deep. Crashes a lot due to Android RAM management IMO. I restart every hour or so and clear the RAM. Works well
Fixed the bug about equipping items on companions.
