I tried to top up for my family in Pakistan, and they deducted €13.43 from my bank account, but the app shows 'Payment Cancelled.' ​This is NOT the first time! I have lost money before and never got it back. Their customer support email is fake and doesn't even work (emails keep bouncing back). You are stealing hard-earned money from people! ​I am deleting this app right now and will never use it again.

i used this apps for last 5 years currently the apps are giving false information when i call my home number. the apps show the number is waiting busy every time i call but the real situation is different.

Very Poor service. I have £2 in my account but I can not make any international calls. never recommend this app and I will close my account
