Pretty terrible app. Right now it tells me my version is not supported, but it won't let me update in the play store, it tells me I need to "open a web browser instead" but there is no link to upgrade, even on the web version of taking parents. Separately, the video calls are very glitchy, drop frequently. The text message function is also poor. Simple things like capitalizing the first word of a new sentence, the app doesn't do. Definitely not worth the $24.95 per month.

Very expensive. Prices keep getting higher with no forewarning, and the app just isn't worth it. Glitches all the time. Does not autocorrect typing the same as a text messaging app. Mostly just a gimmick, honestly. Taking advantage of divorced families that feel more "protection" from the messaging features.

It says app is unsupported and needs update. Play store does not show any update only an option to "open" which leads me back to the same message. I have tried all manner of tricks shutting down and restarting phone, uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing cache etc. Still same story and I am unable to use the app at all in the meantime while I wait for support to find my email and respond. I wish they offered prompt support via phone. I'd give it 0 stars as I've been unable to use the app to date.
