I love the concept, its absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, I bought the year premium and discovered Seyo really can't hear me during phone calls. I'll be alone in my studio, with nothing around, nothing else connected to my phone, and speaking oh so slowly, and Seyo still refuses to pick up on any of my words. I've tried different ways of holding my phone so it can hear, and even headphones with microphones, but it still can't hear :/ It's cool in theory, but doesn't work.

I paid for a yearly subscription and I have not been able to use is as the app does not recognize that my account as being paid for. I have uninstalled and re installed, deleted catch and data and contacted support twice. I don't know if their messages are not getting through or if they have not messaged me about a resolution. Either way I would like to use the app to be able to provide a review for more than just their support and I just cannot right now.

The first language app I've willingly paid money for! Signing up initially was difficult, I had to open my email on my computer to sign up, even pulling down my notifications would send me back to the original login screen. Once I was in, the system didn't like me slowing the speed or repeating audio multiple times. Then, when I realized I started at too high of a level, the app froze after dropping down a level and wouldn't load. Love the concept, and I am super excited to see some fine tuning!
