The t:simulator™ App is an easy way to explore the simple touchscreen interface of the t:slim X2™ Insulin Pump from Tandem Diabetes Care, no prescription or insurance verification required! Whether you’re a person living with diabetes, a relative or caregiver, or a healthcare provider, we make it simple to explore the t:slim X2 Pump’s features on your mobile device.

THIS APPLICATION IS FOR DEMONSTRATION PURPOSES ONLY. IT SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR THERAPY DECISIONS.

Due to the variety of sizes of compatible devices, the t:simulator App may not display the pump at actual size. Actual size is 2” x 3.13”. Please refer to the Technical Specifications in the Resources section of the app for more detailed information.

Ratings and reviews

It has been several years with no app (t:connect) in Canada. We now have Bluetooth enabled on the pump (finally!) for the Dexcom G7, but still no app! Seems like the priority is on the pump, but when I'm driving along a highway or walking down a street at -20°C with a big coat on and my pump starts alarming I'm completely blind and have to basically disrobe to address the problem. PLEASE release the t:connect software in Canada!

Love it!!!I have had this pump since 2019 and have not one bad thing to say about it. It has helped me get my a1c from 12 to 6.8 in less then a year. Like all technology it does take a day or two to figure it all out but it's pretty easy to use and the website has video to show you if you get confused. I highly recommend this pump. Ps I medtronic in the past and this is still the best. Type 1 since 91'

I was using the simulator for the control iq option for about a month before my pump arrived 16 months ago, and they have gotten everything down to the tee. Have a go if you are thinking about getting the tandem t slim x2. I can't recommend it anymore. I taught myself how to use my pump using this app before I killed myself in real life.
