slow loading viewer because of ads. want to view cameras quickly when I hear noise, but by the time the ads are done loading and I can see what is happening, things have changed. would not recommend this software until they make it so you can load the views quickly. it is taking 3 or 4 minutes to load the TEMU ad, but you can't load views until it tries to sell you something. this happens even if you have the TEMU app installed. PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO MAKE THE VIEWS SHOWN QUICKLY!

My camera disconnects from the app seemingly at will. Customer service is non-existent and/or does not understand English. I even received a movement notification that my front lawn was being sprinkled by a sprinkler when it was pouring rain during a storm. That's how dumb AI is. The camera is acceptable, but the app is so bad it's not even funny. I paid for the 3 available subscriptions, and I'm also not receiving notifications in the app. Therefore, I cannot download recordings, only preview.

I thought, I was the only one having issues. But I read most of the current reviews and seem like there is a system major problem. I'm having problems with seeing any of the pictures that the camera should be taking. They are coming out as blank no one on the pictures. And yes, the system keep kicking my service off and have to reopen the app. This is unacceptable at all levels. I paid for a whole year of service and this is not in compliance with my purchase.
