A. LIVE - VIDEO CALLS
VIDEO CALLS between relatives and seniors enable very close,
personal conversations - almost like a visit. According to the philosophy of
Aunt Laura, we also rely on minimal service from the seniors here.
CALL PREPARATION: Incoming video calls from relatives are always announced to the senior by the melody “A bird is coming.” A photo of the caller and their family relationship are then displayed (“Anne, your daughter is calling you”). This concept reduces fears and prepares seniors very easily for the video call with their relatives.
CALL ACCEPTANCE: Seniors must answer incoming video calls once

BROADCAST CONTENT: Relatives can send personal, cheerful messages for their seniors
Prepare messages that bring joy and evoke memories. Included
There are different types of messages such as photos, videos, music and short ones
Text messages available.
WEEKLY BROADCAST SCHEDULE: for each individual broadcast, the day of the week and broadcast time between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. are set in a weekly schedule. This weekly broadcast schedule automatically applies to subsequent weeks unless it is changed.
NO OPERATION: The seniors receive the family program automatically on a tablet without having to operate anything or understand the technology.
ADJUSTMENT: Relatives can limit the number of messages per hour
