The wonderful guided meditation audios for each class give you a fantastic aid to your own meditation, and will keep the whole process fresh and new. You can choose a time you would like to meditate (at least 10 minutes), and click the start button.
You will be given 10 seconds to calm your mind down, adjust your sitting position before meditate.
Each meditation session will be recorded and you will be able to view the total time you have meditated, and motivate you to meditate for a longer period.
The application is easy to use as a single timer, and also has the option to use complete meditation schedules. Apart from that, the battery consumption is low.
