It keeps saying that my login is invalid and will not let me try to recover my password. I need this app for my job and I can't communicate with my employer because of the glitch in this app. Needs to be fixed like yesterday!
Really glitchy on my Nexus 5X through Google Fi. My work requires us to use this app, my co-workers say they have no issues mine I have to try to enter my password 3-4 times before I can use the app then it works fine. Sometimes have to reboot my phone to use app.
Nurse It says it already has my email address but will not let me in. Waste of my time.
Could be great but buggy This app has the potential to really revolutionize how I communicate with my doctor. However there are bugs. New messages don't come through without a delay. I need to open the app to check and then the message chimes through, so I don't know how long it's been hanging in cyber space waiting for me. So I regularly need to open it and check for new messages. Also whenever I connect my phone to Bluetooth I get a message that HipppaBridge has stopped working. I'm reinstalling it to see if this improves.
The app works, and is fairly easy to set up. However, MAKE CERTAIN that you back up your account details SOMEWHERE ELSE. Because if you ever need to recover your account, you'll likely find that the password recovery function doesn't work. Go ahead, ask me how I know. To their credit, though, EverBridge were pretty prompt about helping me get back into my account ... but that password recovery function needs work.

- Conversations visible on HipaaBridge will be removed after 7 days
