What a scam! I subscribed to their promotional offer and before the week ended I tried to unsubscribe. It logged me out and then I still got charged. When I open my profile and try to unsubscribe, it says user not found. What a joke! I have tried calling their helpline but to no avail. Basically they lure you in and it's impossible to cancel the subscription. I want a refund.

I paid for this app specifically to watch live stream football games, and it has been a complete failure. The app happily took my money, but when it comes time for the live streams, they simply do not work. I constantly get error messages, buffering that never resolves, or the stream just fails to load entirely. This is unacceptable, borderline false advertising, and I feel completely ripped off. If the app cannot reliably provide the service it is charging for, it shouldn't be selling it.

The number provided for customer support even on their app's about info is incorrect, I wanted to remove my card from the app, Last time I was charged through easy paisa, I removed the subscription from easy paisa directly so these scammers cant charge me, now they are trying to attempt to charge me from my Nayapay card which was my previous payment method. I can't find any option to remove my card from their app. They try to charge every week, first with 399, then 200 and then 100.
