What a scam! I subscribed to their promotional offer and before the week ended I tried to unsubscribe. It logged me out and then I still got charged. When I open my profile and try to unsubscribe, it says user not found. What a joke! I have tried calling their helpline but to no avail. Basically they lure you in and it's impossible to cancel the subscription. I want a refund.

So I bought the premium version recently. Tried to play a live T20 match, and it continued to give errors. Meanwhile half the match was already gone, and I was still busy trying to get this app to work. If your technical team is failing to fix this after numerous complaints, then you've got an internal problem. Anyway, I cancelled my membership within an hour.
