The Tapmad app runs smoothly on mobile, but I’m facing an issue on the TV app. On the same internet connection and at the same time, the mobile app streams perfectly, but the TV app just keeps loading and then shows the message, “This file cannot be played.” It would be great if the developers could fix this issue to ensure a seamless experience across all devices. Hoping for an update soon!

I have been raising complaints with Tecmet for the past 2 to 3 months. I pay a monthly subscription of Rs.1500 regularly, yet I continue to see ads after every over. This happens every single time, and it's very frustrating. I have already submitted two complaints, but all I receive is the same generic response: an email apologizing for the inconvenience. Nothing has been resolved, and no real explanation has been provided.honestly I am really disheartened.If the issue with ads will not be fixed

Tampad App is a Scam – Unauthorized Charges, No Refunds & No Account Deletion! Worst experience ever! This app automatically deducts money without any prior notification. There is no warning before payment is taken, and you only receive a message after the money is gone. To make things worse, they don’t offer refunds, and there is no option to delete your account! Once you sign up, you're stuck with it. This feels like a fraudulent app designed.
