I've had a positive experience in terms of ease of transfers.I have used for over a year now. Usually processed within minutes. Only once was a transfer delayed, but it ended up processing after a few hours. I don't know if the rate is competitive. I'd have given it five stars if they'd show the identity of the sender to the receivers. Recipients are indicate that they aren't shown who sends money to them whenever I make a transfer. Please include sender name when you process the transfers.

I love their rates, but convenience wise, no. I learned the hard way when my sister passed away and I needed to send down payment to the catering service. They took $800 from my account but on the app, the transfer stayed pending. I had to send the same amount using another app because it was urgent. I emailed, called, Whatsapped, cried, vented, lol. Eventually I was refunded the amount, way after burial. I don't always have a problem with the smaller amounts that's why I gave 4 stars

The start on using the app was great. They offer competitive rates, and the funds arrived to recipients if not in seconds, at the most in several minutes. This last large transfer has been a large letdown. I transferred funds as usual, but the funds have now been processing for over 5 days. When I call customer service, they read the same scripts about having technical issues with their partners. I can't get a resolve date, and I can't get my money back. My money is in limbo. What to do?
