Best GTD android app available I had tried other GTD apps but this one nailed it. Just bought the premium for the repeat option. There are room for improvements though. It would be nice have these bugs fixed. Like the reminder should be easy to change and not just keep adding up. And, sometimes the project list wouldn't save for unknown reason and the app has to be reset and the project re typed. Anyway, great job on the app. Hope you keep up the good work.
Best Organization App to Have!!! I have had this app for about 6 mos I think after reading "Things to Do" by David Allen. The last app was just random things where I can add things in. I love that I can add end dates ..etc I absolutely love it and don't feel so frazzled like I did with the last app I had. It's great that you can add under certain categories as well like cleaning, computer tasks, errands etc.. I've never had any issues with this app, and I just love it!
What I love about this app: 1. Not a money-sucking subscription service. 2. Ultra-Responsive. 3. Aesthetically Pleasing. 4. Desktop Software Component (though a bit sluggish) What this app still needs: 1. location-based reminders/ticklers. 2. dark-themed widget. Thoughts on the Windows Desktop software: The fact that they offer this service is great. I'm currently trying out the 15 day trial, but the only thing keeping me from shelling out $19.99 and buying it is the fact that it's a little quirky at times.
Great app, minor issues with the widget Thanks for a great app, after a few weeks of using, I am going to purchase the premium. However, there are some minor issues that are worth fixing - especially if you use the chaos box widget. Sometimes "going back" from the task creation dialog does not work properly - have to tap the button multiple times and chaos box and new task are shown instead of getting back to the widget page. Also, I would really appreciate if the keyboard was shown immediately after clicking "+" in widget (focus on title input).
Great concept, but can be improved The thing that gets me crazy is that tasks won't be saved when you press the back button in edit mode, which I found counter-intuitive as an android user. I wrote so many notes and task and just lost everything when I pressed back, thinking that it will be saved.
Clean, simple and POWERFUL Long time user of other apps that had numerous ways of customization. Never was satisfied with them cause there were to many things u had to figure out and usually ur todo's are forgotten while trying to figure out how to do something instead of you working through ur tasks through the GTD way. In this app, all u got to do is follow the GTD diagram and work on ur task. Thank you developer. And love the online Web app. Very convenient.
