New app is hard to use. The ad browsing is fantastic. That's where the positives end. It is impossible to find items by browsing. Tiny, monochrome, red and white tiles with 8 point font descriptions are very user unfriendly. Some color differentiation, or at the very least a list sorting option instead of the tiles would go a long way to help usability. They had a good thing going for a while, but you guys are back to a one star rating until the app regains its usability and functionality in a logical way.
Misleading pricing, troublesome service I looked up a lamp on the app and then when i went to the store the price on the tag in the store was twice as much of what it was showing in the app. I showed it and enquired at the billing counter, and the person said i could either buy it at the store price or enquire at the guest counter to resolve the price mismatch, and the guest service had 12 people already waiting in line on a Tuesday evening! This is the 2nd time in 3 months. Would be meaningful to make the app accurate
Improved, but still has issues It's gotten better, but needs work. The search function is far less effective than previously, as it seems to be missing a keyword search, and searches only the name. Also, it appears to log you out frequently.
Is there a favorite section? I downloaded the app so I can find my favorites (marked on my desktop) in store and try them on. Not seeing a favorite section...
Android Differences My daughter has an iPhone and seems to be able to add cartwheel deals from the target app shopping list. How can I do that on my Android?
Don't agree with Target's perverted bathroom policy.. They lost me and wife as long time customers...
