Target Tracker Pro is an app designed to help you set your fitness targets, and hit them.
Complete your profile then set your target measurements; Weight, Waist, Hips, Thighs etc. Periodically put your measurements into the app and see your progress drawn against your targets.
It also has a photographic food diary so you can take images of your meals, it's a great visual cue!
Where TTP really comes into its own is when you link your app to a personal trainer. Search for a local personal trainer in the app.
When you've chosen a trainer, your targets, measurement history and even meals will be uploaded to the trainer so they will be able to offer you a more personalised service. It all happens in realtime. If you're finding it difficult your PT can send you motivational messages straight to your dashboard.
You can also use the app to peruse and book places on your trainer's public timetable. Find Bootcamps, Pilates and Boxerfit sessions - whatever your trainer has planned, you'll see in the app. Sessions fill up in realtime so you can see what is popular and what's not.
