I've been utilizing Taskade for a few months now, I've found it to be quite useful! The process of collaborating with others has been straightforward, and I've been able to organize my schedule effectively with multiple projects simultaneously and 10+ ppl. The AI capabilities are great. There is a slight learning curve associated with it. However, you could really utilize it to expedite various tasks, including automations, thereby saving time. Converted from Trello and Notion.

I'd love this app, except that it's so busy trying to live update ALL THE TIME that there's horrific lag. I have a list of names, and just pressing enter to go down and add a name, it freezes, goes down, goes back up for some reason, adds the text to the previous line, I backspace, it back spaces the original text I was trying to add to not the errors. Unusable! Just for one name! Can't imagine what would happen if I tried to alter a paragraph. (Oh wait I can, because I have, and it's a mess.)

Taskade is absolutely amazing! I was looking for a top notch software to help manage my projects as a business owner, with a limited budget, and taskade has helped me organize my first assignments for my team. As a former web developer, I appreciate its robust functionality, yet user-friendly,which is huge for me. The array of featur, easy of learning, AI, tons of options UI and so much more to make life easier as a business owner, PM, Manager is of the charts. I absolutely recommend it, 10-10🤝
