First service was rescheduled twice. Then I was told they couldnt mow my grass because it was already cut. I sbowed up to my proprty to find the grass over 12 inches long. So I cut it myself and asked for a new contractor to come out two weeks later. Instead they schedule someone 4 days later. Its pure incompentence. They gave me 24 notification the would be mowing my grass but have a 48 hour schedule change notification policy. I pray the cancel my service as requested.
Miserable service. It took them a week and a half to get someone out to mow my lawn, and the contractor did an absolutely terrible job. I got no response to the question I posted from the app, and I've been sitting on hold for almost 20 minutes now trying to get through to customer service on the phone. The app might be fine, but the company behind it isn't.
They are terrible. It's been over a week and through all the back and forth on the phone, I called and canceled. And they didn't even try to keep me as a customer
Little slow sometimes, but they work consistently. Only thing I wish, is the ability to only mow once a month. I don't need it mowed as often as they require to use their service.
The app isn't fully functional. I have tried a couple times to postpone a task and it doesn't work. As a result I've paid 45$ twice instead of the task being postponed.
