Miserable service. It took them a week and a half to get someone out to mow my lawn, and the contractor did an absolutely terrible job. I got no response to the question I posted from the app, and I've been sitting on hold for almost 20 minutes now trying to get through to customer service on the phone. The app might be fine, but the company behind it isn't.
They are terrible. It's been over a week and through all the back and forth on the phone, I called and canceled. And they didn't even try to keep me as a customer
Nice app and dependable service. I guess it all depends on the people assigned for your work and I had some great people working on my lawn - they did a wonderful job. Love the idea of posting before and after pics of the lawn for the service.
Little slow sometimes, but they work consistently. Only thing I wish, is the ability to only mow once a month. I don't need it mowed as often as they require to use their service.
Trying to log into the app to see my schedule, says it won't open because I need to download the newest version but there are no updates available?????
The app isn't fully functional. I have tried a couple times to postpone a task and it doesn't work. As a result I've paid 45$ twice instead of the task being postponed.
