Build a Ukrainian restaurant empire, one plate at a time.

You start alone behind a single stove in Kyiv. You take the order, you cook it, you carry it, you clear the table. Then you hire a cook. Then a waiter. Then a cashier — and slowly the kitchen starts running without you, while you decide what it becomes next.

Cook real Ukrainian food
Twenty-three dishes, every one drawn by hand: борщ, вареники, голубці, деруни, млинці, крученики, капусняк, львівський сирник, банош, бринза, грибна юшка, домашня ковбаса, медівник, узвар and more. Each has its own station, its own cooking time, and its own place in the menu.

Five cities, five different restaurants
• Київ — where you learn the trade, in a warm Podil dining room
• Львів — coffee-house wood and stone, and a bell oven for the famous cheesecake
• Одеса — sunlit seafront terraces and cruise-ship crowds arriving in waves
• Харків — a fast urban kitchen with VIP guests off the express train
• Чернівці — Carpathian carved wood, mushrooms, banosh and pairing orders

Each city has its own floor, light, architecture and mechanic. Moving on feels like opening a completely new restaurant.

Grow the business, not just the score
• Hire and upgrade cooks, waiters, cashiers and cleaners — watch the uniforms change as they rank up
• Upgrade stations and tables; every purchase appears in the room
• Invest in suppliers — the co-op, the bakery, the apiary, the truck
• Book feast days for holidays: Різдво, Масляна, Івана Купала, День Незалежності, Обжинки
• Serve a clean feast and earn stars; leave guests waiting and lose them
• Start over with рушники — prestige that makes every future run stronger
