Ratings and reviews

Honestly the worst experience I have had while ordering the first time. The amount got deducted but the site shows payment confirmation not received and they are not responding to my email asking them to schedule a refund. I had hoped this website would be nice but i was really disappointed by the experience.

Worst app ever ! Worst service ever ! Don't ever purchase from this app and make sure you don't pay online for the order as your money is gone if you place a prepaid order and never recieve your product. I placed a prepaid order on 16th May and never received it till date. Their customer service team says it's delivered and upon checking with logistics it confirmed to have delivered to wrong address and they're least interested to redispatch or refund.

So I placed my very first order here for some toiletry stuff expecting it to be delivered and was pretty much excited for that because of the price that the site offered. But it was never delivered to my place rather I was told that the order I made was shipped but couldn't reach me so now it has been cancelled and i would have to place the order once again. Now that I'm back here to place the order once again, the prices are changed and I realised the earlier price was for catfishing!
