doesn't open despite granting location permission. after granting location permission, it asked for permission to send notifications which I declined. it kept asking for location permission which I had granted. finally deleted the App. there seems to be no web app, only mobile app which didn't work

Very poor app/ service. a) Once my payment was deducted but no order was visible (had to make multiple calls to get my order), b) 2nd instance: order got placed at 6:49 pm, was supposed to be delivered between 8:30 & 9, but got it only at 9:40, that too after multiple calls. And there is no tracking system. I am sure the restaurant had no clue that there was an order until I called them directly at 9. c) Qmin customer care can't do much, other than try to reach the restaurant.

your app needs tweeking at all ends. was looking forward to ordering some good food, but apparently you don't deliver to one of the most important 100% overseas and domestic expats in Pune. Pl check this seriously
