Upi registration has not been working for the last 2 months. I hope no one cares about it. Upi payments are slow. Update: After sending an email to the support, they mentioned the same thing that was there in the error message. Thank you for wasting my time sending you a screenshot and email. ** update : Still the same issue after 1 month

experience was not good. I applied for a credit card and faced hell lot of disappointment. Firstly, they don't have suitable customer care number. Secondly they have mentioned hdfc banks number, on calling you get no information anything. Thirdly, they say that it takes 10 days for verification, they have taken all documents, I have been verified at my work place. Still nothing seems to come up.

Even after the completion of February, I am still not able to register my UPI for the credit card. We receive NeuPoints only when we make transactions through this app, but the app is not allowing me to register for UPI due to ongoing system upgrades for the past one and a half months. How can such upgrades be carried out on a live app for such a long time? The app is laggy and slow and needs significant improvement. Overall, it has been a very bad experience.
