Ratings and reviews

It is an e-commerce site, and they don't have email to raise complaints. You have to call them, and then wait for 15 mins. I placed a reverse pickup of a Seiko watch. I was assured the pickup would be done. But all I received from their delivery partner is that pickup couldn't be done and they are sorry. After a few attempts, I received a message from the delivery partner that tata cliq has cancelled the request without providing a reason. A bunch of losers are running this division.

the customer care sucks ref id 22852905 the are impossible to talk to. their answer is to wait 3 day and nothing gets done. After 3 days another 3 days irresponsible no connectivity from one person to another the developer message too has no connectivity to the query.their copy paste reply of (Go to>My Account Section>select Support>select Request Assistance>Select your appropriate Issue>Submit.) helps zero they know it

I ordered a Rs. 20k watch from this website and they delivered a damaged product to me. Upon return of the product they rejected my refund for the damaged product on the basis of "failed quality check". So they send you a damaged product and then hold you responsible for it. After multiple attempts to get in touch with their customer care which took 2 hours for me, they told me that they can't do anything as the "seller" has rejected the quality check for the product. Absolutely ridiculous.
