App used to work pretty good. Used to be able to view and reserve parking easily from the app, but now it doesn't show available reserved parking spaces, and you have to enter in information that's saved on your account each time you try to reserve. Showers started defaulting to credit card, and today, credit card was only option in app. Had to use the kiosk to get my shower. App used to be convenient to use, but ever since BP has taken over TA/Petro EVERYTHING has become a hassel.

I have used the app for many years with little trouble. The troubles come when some bonehead in the home office feels he needs to justify his paycheck by "upgrading" the app! now when I try to pay cash for a reserved parking spot the app refuses my payment method. I have entered all the info.. AGAIN (same info I've always had for YEARS!!) but the app will not allow it to be "saved" STOP "FIXING" THINGS THAT ARE NOT BROKEN!!!🤬

The app used to allow drivers to check the availability of reserved parking before paying for a reservation. That appears to no longer be an option. If I can not check this, I'll start using Flying J instead. It's all about being able to plan a trip more effectively, particularly when I'm driving in a group of trucks.
