Ratings and reviews

Meh. It works. BP had a real opportunity to finally upgrade the system to be competitive with other fuel providers and chose not to. Using rewards points is still clumsy, with the slowest rewards build in the industry and no in-store support if something goes wrong with the app or the system because it's a third party. The only thing that's different is the skin.

Literally the worst app on Google Play. Constantly unable to add payment methods and whenever I get to the end, it tries to take money out of my account like they do when you swipe your card to get gas. Is that really necessary? My bank blocks it every time because it's being flagged as fraudulent. You guys need to get real people to look over your app instead of AI writing all of your code. So many problems and no solutions. Almost 2 years of the same issues.

The app is helpful for making reservations but I really do not like the new set up. Specially for the shower reservations. Before, you could see how many showers each place had and how many were in use. Not anymore 😡 now all it says is est. wait time is 0 min. But that has never been and still is not accurate. That pretty much defeats the purpose of being able to check wait time or reserve a shower online at all. Makes no sense. Makes me not want to use the stupid app at all!
