The most unstable app I have ever had to deal with. Every time I try to put my W-2 info in to the app it tries to make me take a picture instead of allowing me to put the info in myself. Then when I try to take a picture, the app crashes, and boots me back to my phones home screen. When I open the app back up to try again, it makes me start from the beginning with personal info again. I have tried 7 times now to put in one of my W-2s, without success. Absolute garbage app.

Horrible experience! The app continually crashed. A 30 minute process took me 4 hours. Then it didn't file!!! I'm still trying to get it to file & need to get my AGI from last year. I can't even download my return from the site! All I get is a spinning circle! I was logged out 7 times while trying to input my info originally. I will NEVER use them again & will tell everyone I know about the horrible experience!

One of the worst apps I've ever used! It's buggy, slow, and literally kicks you out and locks your account. I had to call customer support after they took my money for my state return, and when I went to click the E-file button it kicked me out and I was unable to log back in. It took them a few hours to restore my account and I was finally able to file my federal and state return. This app needs a major overhaul. I'd avoid it, and honestly maybe use a different tax filing service all together.
