This was working perfect, then out of the blue it stopped syncing. I tried to email support, but I was completely ignored. Nobody ever got back to me, and I now have over 100 trips to classify. I do not want to uninstall and reinstall because I may lose all of my data. My team has several hundred people, and I am surely going to let them know about this.

Your customer service is non-existent I emailed you days ago about my app not syncing with my account. This is an ongoing problem. I have over 200 trips that I haven't been able to classify. I'm still waiting on some sort of response but mostly hoping for a solution.
What's happening? I've been using this app since February and loved it. But for the last several months it has been double tracking all of my trips. I now have to go in and delete every other tracked trip. What a ridiculous hassle. Also seems to just freeze often. It also won't merge trips. Please fix!
This app doesn't pickup the starting or ending address all the time. Why am i paying if it doesn't track. Its not tracking correctly. Please fix it.
