Your customer service is non-existent I emailed you days ago about my app not syncing with my account. This is an ongoing problem. I have over 200 trips that I haven't been able to classify. I'm still waiting on some sort of response but mostly hoping for a solution.
What's happening? I've been using this app since February and loved it. But for the last several months it has been double tracking all of my trips. I now have to go in and delete every other tracked trip. What a ridiculous hassle. Also seems to just freeze often. It also won't merge trips. Please fix!
This app doesn't pickup the starting or ending address all the time. Why am i paying if it doesn't track. Its not tracking correctly. Please fix it.
I wish have this app for semi truck drivers, just add empty and loaded miles with the amount I'll be pay.
Is not working well I used this service all of 2015 and was extremely pleased! Ever since the beginning of 2016, the app has been giving me constant trouble. Crashing, isn't keeping track of expenses any longer, takes forever to sync, loads duplicates of tons of entries, doesn't save photos, etc. I'm frustrated that I'm paying for a service that is supposed to help me stay organized on the go, but instead is making me less organized and taking up time I don't have.
Terrible app! This app always errors and will not update! I have called and complained and was told to reinstall. Still having the same problem. I do not have time for this! Don't waste your time, find a better app that works
