I'm giving this app 2 stars. when it works it's perfect. My samsung ultra (2 years old) has no problem with any app I run except this one. I just finalized my taxes and can't pay my bill due to the app freezing up. I've had this app freeze up repeatedly during the entire process. Log in it would give me enough time to type email then freeze up when changing fields to password. id minimize and pull it back up and sometimes it would allow the password. Once in the app id have freeze ups as well.

This app has made my tax prep way easier than last year! The "scan" and "upload" functions are built in. Received an ivoice from my tax preparer and was able to pay by credit card without having to switch to a different screen. Very happy with the TaxDome Client Portal. Edit Jan. 2026: Everything I need is there, but (is it just me?) sometimes hard to find -- like how to log out... Well whaddya expect from something written or overseen by obsessive number crunchers?
