I want to preface my review saying that I prefer this a million times more than Uber. The drivers are courteous, the cars are clean and the pricing is fair. My issue is with the app. Every single time I book, the estimated time for the driver to reach you. Every time without fail, the app will show you for example 5mins before the driver arrives, but after those 5mins nothing changes. So you've been waiting for 8, 10, 12+ mins, but it still shows that it's 5mins away with the car icon not moving

It is not easy to use. It automatically take 15% in tips if you don't select 0%. It doesn't offer you to give a dollar amount for tips. It makes you wait a very long time before advising there's no actual Teo taxi available. Then you have to another time for a regular taxi from Taxi Diamond. On to of that your bombarded with texts for a notice. I received 12 texts for one notification. It takes a pre-authorized amount on your card. You can't choose to pay on board. First and last time!!!

app is good 👍 service / company is now 0. used to be a green company with only full electric cars but I guess the thirst of money changed their model which is even more expensive than Uber. shame. (24 dollars versus 16 at Uber for the exact same ride)
