Driver was 30 mins late. No apology. Went to wrong address initially... it's not difficult to navigate town names in N.Ireland.. App had my exact location but wasn't shared with driver. Cost £22 using this service where as value cabs return journey from airport was £18.50 inc airport cartel charge. Won't be using app again. App was functional, but let down by service of taxi firm. Not app fault directly, but end to end service was very poor.

Only taxi company in Belfast where you can pre-book for a wheelchair. Excellent service, prompt, responsive and reliable. Easy to use app🙂
