Ratings and reviews

There needs to be more options besides just booked or canceled. When you're chosen times are actually fully booked and the cab company reschedules your pickup times by 15 minutes either earlier or later than you requested it should have a way to say rescheduled and for what time not just that it was canceled and with no explanation. It makes it very difficult for people to schedule rides for a.m. before they go to bed the night. And it shows it was canceled while they slept not just rescheduled

App works fairly well. My only complaint is that it doesn't appear to have the option of adding multiple stops. I needed to swing by one location for a quick second and then continue on to another. I attempted to add the additional stop but couldn't find the option. When I asked the driver how I could continue with my ride he said I'd have to rebook, as he already had a rider in queue. No problem except when booking another trip my new driver was 19 minutes away. But overall a nice app.
