Under New Managment, No Surge Pricing This company has new & much better managment & it's truly making a big difference. The previous half owner & manager is gone, thank goodness. As a result service & driver quality is much better. The brand was damaged but the new managers actually care about the customer. Novel idea, huh? Where these guys compete is during surge times, their prices stay flat. The app itself works well.
They have a policy they take credit cards....my cab tonight said he cant take a crdit card...then took me to an atm. ..i am sorry its not my issue if u don't have a card reader. Called dispatch she said call in the morning and pay by credit card...told the cab that and he aiad why can't you get cash...tonight was the worse service i ever had with this companu
DO NOT USE Bluegrass cab drops and cancels bookings without explanation. When you book ahead you still have to call. They don't honor bookings. Call and talk to them in person. This has happened more than once and not just in bad weather. DO NOT USE APP !

It's needs to improve on customer service & also I found out that if a cab driver refuses your credit card that your ride is free!
